How Bpromote (Office 31, First Floor, Vision Tower, Business Bay, Dubai) uses the personal details you share with us. Last updated 22 October 2026.
When you message us on WhatsApp (+971 50 644 5205 or +971 50 255 8561), email us at info@bpromote.com or reply to one of our ads, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, business name and links (Instagram, Google Maps or website), your emirate and role, your answers to our questions, and the messages themselves.
If you came from one of our ads, your first message may include a short code, such as CR1, that tells us which ad it was.
To reply to you, to prepare the free marketing audit you asked for and send it to you, and, if you agree, to follow up about it. We use the ad codes to see which ads bring real enquiries.
We do not use your details for anything else, and we never sell them.
Your consent, which you give when you message us and ask for an audit or for information. You can withdraw it at any time, as explained below.
Umair Khan and the Bpromote team members who handle your enquiry. Messages reach us through WhatsApp (Meta) or our email provider, which handle them under their own privacy terms. If you message us from a Meta ad, Meta may tell us which ad you came from.
We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Up to 12 months after our last conversation; then we delete them. If you become a client, we keep the records the law requires us to keep.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them, and you can tell us to stop messaging you at any time: reply STOP on WhatsApp or email info@bpromote.com. We stop straight away and take you off our follow-ups.
Under the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law you can also object to direct marketing.
We only follow up if you agreed to it, between 9am and 6pm UAE time, and no more than twice about the same audit.
bpromote.com uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. To keep its animations smooth, it stores two small display settings in your browser for the current visit only; they contain no personal details and are deleted when you close the tab.
The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google, which has its own privacy terms.
